Application Review: Training and technical assistance is provided to Regional Offices in their review of applications to purchase, construct, and renovate facilities.
The Real Property Status Report (SF 429) and Property Tracking Management System: Regional Offices are supported in their work with grantees for accurate and timely filing of SF-429 reports and related property records. Identifying, tracking and managing, as well as ensuring baselines and next steps are established and used by Regional Offices for ongoing grantee oversight. When needed, real property data and records are researched.
Facilities Management Expertise: To support the work above, expertise including title and recording of real estate property research, construction, architecture, and property finance review is provided to the Regional Offices and OHS.
Facilities Management Capacity Building: Technical assistance is provided to Regional Offices throughout the initiative on specialized facilities content and emerging issues.
