The Guide includes:
- Part 1: TABLE Tab System, describes the TABLE tab recordkeeping system. Each of the three categories of Tabs are explained so that the program will know exactly what should be included in their files.
- Part 2: Supporting Resources, includes resources and further explanation of CACFP issues that are important to Head Start and Early Head Start programs, including Family Style Dining (FSD) and infant feeding. It also includes a list of CACFP federal resources and a glossary of terms.
Please download the TABLE Guide by clicking on the appropriate language. To open the file, the Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed. The guide can be downloaded and printed either on an in-house laser printer or sent to a professional print shop to be trimmed and bound with white wire.
